Business As Usual - COVID-19 Update

Here at Reacton, our business is operating as usual. Despite the uncertainty in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to operate our global automatic fire suppression manufacturing services.

Keeping our customers and staff safe is, of course, our priority. But, as you’d expect, so is delivering on our promise to maintain manufacture and supply of our systems to you.

We are a company that adapts quickly and works flexibly so, along with following government guidelines, we’d like to tell you about the measures we’ve put in place to reassure you that your business is important to us.

• Our warehouse is well stocked, as is our supply chain. To ensure continuity of manufacture we have appointed a dedicated global purchasing manager who is in contact with our suppliers daily
  
  
• To manage our order pipelines, we have anticipated demand and, where possible, have shipped systems in advance to key international locations
  
  
• To safeguard receipt and dispatch of stock and orders, we have plans in place to ensure our warehouse teams work alternate days

Our technology means that our business runs from wherever we are. From designing installations to meeting with you by video and dispatching orders, Reacton is open for business.
